Shall the constitutional limitation upon the total amount of taxes which may be levied on all taxable real and personal property in the Township of Bruce, Macomb County, Michigan be increased by three-quarters (3/4) of one (1) mill for each one ($1.00) dollar ($0.75 for each $1,000.00) of the taxable value of such property for a period of four (4) years commencing 2020 and ending 2023, for the operation of parks and recreation pursuant to 1917 pa 156. The estimated revenue to be collected in the first year that the millage is authorized and levied is 390,654. This proposed millage is a renewal of a previously authorized millage and does not constitute new additional millage.
