Shall the Charter of the City of Mount Clemens, Charter Sections 10.053, 10.054 and 10.064 be amended; and Sections 10.051 and 10.052 be deleted to remove the requirement of a primary election for the Offices of Mayor and City Commissioner and to provide the nomination of candidates for those offices by the filing of nominating petitions, and the election of those candidates at the General Election?
