CHARTER AMENDMENT Section 8.9(e)

Shall the City of St. Clair Shores Charter commencing July 1, 1999, levy One (1) mill per year for five (5) years to fund operating, maintenance and infrastructure costs of its water and utility sewer? Total revenue raised by this levy will be offset by an equivalent reduction in total water and sewage fees.
