Shall real and personal property taxes within the Charter Township of Shelby be increased by One (1) Mill ($1.00 per $1,000 of taxable value) for the years of 1999 through 2003, inclusive, for the sole purpose of funding the local road improvements, which increase, if approved and levied, will raise in the first calendar year estimated revenue of $1,738.047.38?
