Shall the constitutional limitation upon the total amount of taxes which may be levied on all taxable real and personal property in the Unincorporated Area (excluding the Village of Romeo) of the Township of Washington, Macomb County, Michigan be increased by Three-Quarters (3/4) of One (1) Mill for each one ($1.00) dollar ($.075 for each $1,000.00) of that taxable value of such Property, as finally equalized, PURSUANT TO 33 PA 1951, as amended, for a period of Four (4) years (1998 through 2001 inclusive) for the purpose of providing Police Protection?
